Web Subscriptions

Survey Alert web subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can request billing help or a refund review by contacting support from the account email used for Survey Alert.

Refund Reviews

Refunds are reviewed case by case. We generally consider refunds for duplicate charges, accidental web checkout, technical access issues that prevented use of the paid service, or account errors that support can verify.

Mobile Store Purchases

If a future mobile app purchase is made through Apple or Google, refund requests for that purchase may need to be handled by the store where the purchase was made.
