Canceling A Web Plan
Signed-in users with a Stripe customer record can manage or cancel their Survey Alert web subscription from the Billing page. Stripe may continue access through the paid billing period unless the plan is ended immediately by support.
After Cancellation
When a subscription ends, the account may return to free access. Any account records needed for security, billing, moderation, legal compliance, or abuse prevention may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Account Deletion
Canceling billing does not always delete the account. To delete an account, use the account deletion page or contact support.
